Philip is a seasoned full-stack engineer with over two decades of experience in web development and more than 15 years in a consulting capacity. His focus is on the human aspect when technology, digital analytics, and user experience (UX) intersect. He has worked across a wide variety of verticals and companies including Accenture, Buzzfeed, Christie's, Nikon, Tiffany & Co., Quicken Loans, and many more. Philip originally created the award-winning Google Global Site Tag (Gtag) extension for Adobe Tags. Additionally, he owns and develops multiple browser extensions that have over 200k active installs, including Omnibug, a market leading QA tool. Phil serves as the link between the technical and business worlds translating business objectives to code that isn't just technically sound, but sustainable as well.

Managing Partner
Victoria brings over 15 years of experience in digital analytics and consulting working across multiple industries with names like the Mayo Clinic, PayPal, the Four Seasons, Frontier Communications, AARP, and Pfizer. She brings a wealth of experience in translating data into insights whether that's through reporting & dashboards, deep analysis, marketing mix modeling, or anything else needed to make digital experiences better. A two-time Adobe speaker and Certified Business Practitioner, she’s also qualified in Google Analytics 4, making her a trusted voice in the analytics space. Victoria earned her MSc in Business Analytics from the University of Essex and now calls Spain home.
